I make stuff

Hi my name is Brandon Carson and I’ve always liked making stuff. The idea that you can take a few simple things and put them together to get something greater than the sum of it’s parts has always captivated me. It’s one of the few things that sets humans apart from most other life.

I use the words “stuff” and “things” because I dabble in all sorts of craft. I paint, carve, make music, sculpt, write, Tattoo, animate, forge, weld and just about anything else I can wrap my mind and means around. my goal is mostly to make the world around me just a little more interesting for everyone.

About four years ago I started working as a blacksmith making mostly pipe clamps, U-bolts, and eye rods. I spend most of my breaktimes working on personal projects. Along with the four years of working experience, I’ve learned quite a bit from some smart and talented paople. I’ve read several books about blacksmithing and fabrication. Of course I’ve watched countless videos , and read endless forums on the internet about metal working. the best part about all of that is that I still have so so much to learn about it. I’ve made so many things already and I’ve barely scratched the surface of what’s possible.

Things I aspire to take on in the future

• computer coding and circuitry

• smelting

• video game design

• screen printing

• stone carving
